MCAPWA

The Maine Chapter of the American Public Works Association (MCAPWA for short – pronounced “mik-ap-wah”) was formed in 1957 and is one of 62 Chapters that makes up the APWA. We currently have more than 170 members in Maine and by joining APWA you automatically become a Maine Chapter member if you reside/work in Maine. The local Chapter strives to provide:

• immediate, easy, and cost-effective opportunities to exchange information with colleagues and to keep up-to-date on the latest public works technologies and management trends;
• the opportunity to attend local educational programs, symposiums, and equipment shows; and
• the chance to network with your colleagues and peers in a professional setting.
