2022 Leader of the Year
Roger Mosley – Public Works Director, Town of Standish, ME
Roger Mosley had a long career with the Town of Standish starting on 11/1/1986. Roger was initially a contracted employee who quickly moved to Director. His description of responsibilities could fill three pages but ranges from administrative and technical work in directing and supervising the Town’s Public Works and Solid Waste operations. Including the responsibility for directing all phases of municipal public works: road maintenance; equipment and vehicle maintenance; drainage; snow plowing and sanding; and solid waste management.
