The Supervisory Leadership in Public Works training program was designed to provide educational resources for Public Works Departments across the state to develop existing employees, preparing them for promotion to leadership roles. This educational program supports state and municipal department's desires to train and promote from within the existing workforce.

Part II will be followed by a short ceremony and presentation of certificates by MCAPWA Board Members and staff from Maine Local Roads Center.
Cost:
  • MCAPWA *Members: $395.00 per person for Parts I & II
  • Non-Members: $495.00 per person for Parts I & II
  • The fee includes lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, handouts and five days of high caliber training. Each person must attend all 5 days.

Cancellation: Cancellation notification must be given in writing at least 2 weeks before the session begins.
